This service allows you to pay your bill online. You will need your patient statement and bank account or credit card information available to use this service.

To begin, enter the Account Number found in your patient statement, and the Patient's Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy format). Click Continue to begin the payment process. If you have questions about your bill, or our bill service, please contact a customer service representative at the telephone number listed on the statement.
